Stay away from Green Ivy Publishing.....They're Big-Time Scammer's
Sorry, but you're in for a rude awakening with Green Ivy. They do print/publish your book, but that's it! You will never get a sales report or any royalties they keep it all and break off communications with you at this point. Here's a copy of the last email I sent to them: I see there's still no sales reports or royalties, so you better prepare yourselves for a Class Action Lawsuit, because it's coming. You might think it's funny to screw people over like you have, but none of your authors do! What you've do here is not only disgusting, unethical, and immoral, but it's also criminal, and we're not going to let you get away with it! So you will soon be exposed for exactly what you are, which is nothing more than a bunch of creeps... Steve

Green ivy was involuntarily dissolved for not sending in their annual report. This happened January 8, 2016.
This info is available to the public just contact secretary of the state of Illinois. I had gotten confirmation from them after Jay called to threaten me with his lawyer and I sent it back to him and now he is lost or running. There is a group you can join that is on Facebook.
It is called "Authors scammed by Green Ivy. There is much more info there.
If this is true then my contract with Green Ivy was signed AFTER this date in August of 2016. Does this make my contract void if the company was defunct at the time of signing?
