My book was published, I got my 10 free copies, never received any royalties or heard anything from them in a year. When I tried to order books for a signing event that I had arranged I was informed by the BBB that they are out of business.

Total ripoff and unethical company that took mine and many others money and just disappeared and went out of business.

Even during the publishing process they hacked away at the book I submitted that originally started out at almost 250 pages and ended up being only a portion of the original manuscript that I submitted. They were hot to trot to take my money, did no marketing for me or ever contacted me again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Getting ripped off.

People put their heart and soul into their literary work. It is a part of them spiritually as well as emotionally and to know that there are predators like green ivy is not only upsetting and frustrating, but it is also a waste of time and a goal impediment. They need to pay for what they have done.
