I was also scammed by Green Ivy. My book was published (I paid $3,500 for one book) and I never received an accounting or a check for the books sold.

I too sent countless messages to Jay Caliendo and Darleen Havel but to no avail. I am 73 and never believed I was being scammed until they closed their doors and everyone disappeared. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they could not pursue it because their letters were returned. Until I could find these people, they could no longer do anything.

Then I wrote to the Attorney General in Springfield.

It is being studied and I won't know anything until they have had time to study the issues. I highly recommend that everyone scammed by Green Ivy contact the Attorney General NOW so that they have a better picture of the fraud being perpetuated by them.
